Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts but there may be discrepancies. If so, we will fulfill what is available and contact you regarding restock or refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase.

Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
We accept returns within 14 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and resellable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued as store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Warranty claims accepted within 90 days. Return shipping is prepaid by customer but reimbursed if the claim is valid. Processed within 7 days upon receipt. Options: refund, store credit, or replacement.

Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
2–7 days.
4.2 Transit Time Internationally
4–22 days depending on courier.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders dispatched within 2 business days. Warehouse operates Mon–Fri, closed on national holidays.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
We can change the delivery address any time before dispatch.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Shipped using postal services only.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
Available with USPS only.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
Orders wait until items are in stock. Other items are reserved.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If exceeded, please contact us for investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If damaged, reject parcel if possible and contact customer service. If delivered, contact us for next steps.

Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in displayed prices.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Duties/taxes may apply for international shipments. If refused, goods return at customer’s expense. Refund covers goods only, minus return shipping. Initial shipping not refunded.

Parcels are insured up to the value stated by courier.

Refund/replacement after courier investigation.
9.2 Lost In Transit
Refund/replacement after courier deems parcel lost.
